💰 Pricing & Purchase
Is it really $9.99 with no subscription?
Yes, $9.99 once on the App Store. There are no in-app purchases, no premium tiers, no subscription fees, and no expiry date. Pay once and every feature is yours forever.
What does the $9.99 purchase include?
Everything. Unlimited invoices, unlimited clients, all 6 invoice PDF styles, all 5 report types, per-item tax, automated per-client reports, PDF & CSV export, and the full business dashboard. There are no paywalled features.
What if I change phones, do I need to pay again?
No. Since it's a standard App Store purchase, you can re-download Invoice Pilot on any iPhone or iPad linked to the same Apple ID at no extra charge. This includes future devices.
Are there any future subscription plans planned?
We are committed to the one-time purchase model. We believe your invoicing tool shouldn't charge you monthly. Major feature updates are included with your purchase at no additional cost.
⚡ Features & Functionality
Does it work without an internet connection?
Entirely. Invoice Pilot stores all data locally on your device using Apple's CoreData, no cloud account, no sync, no internet required. You can create and send invoices at 35,000 feet, in the backcountry, or anywhere with zero connectivity.
How does emailing invoices work without SMTP setup?
Invoice Pilot uses your iPhone's built-in Mail app. When you tap Send: the app generates your PDF, then opens your Mail app with the recipient's email pre-filled, the subject pre-written, the body text drafted, and the PDF attached. You review everything and tap Send in Mail, no separate email account configuration needed inside the app.
Can I use different tax rates on the same invoice?
Yes. Each line item carries its own independent tax rate. You can mix 13% GST on consulting services, 5% on certain goods, and 0% on exempt items in the same invoice. The totals section shows a full per-rate tax breakdown so both you and your client can see exactly what's taxed.
How do the automated per-client reports work?
Each client can have their own independent report schedule weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly. When a report is due, you receive a local notification. Tap it, and the app opens a pre-filled email with a PDF summary attached. Hit Send in Mail, then Invoice Pilot automatically schedules the next reminder.
What are the 10 invoice themes?
Invoice Pilot includes ten professionally designed invoice themes ranging from minimalist and modern to detailed and classic. All styles include your business logo, client details, line items with per-item tax, totals breakdown, and payment terms. You choose the style per invoice or set a default in your settings.
What are the 5 report types?
The five reports are: (1) Revenue Summary, invoiced vs collected vs outstanding; (2) Client Report, per-client breakdown of revenue and invoice history; (3) Item Report, which services or products generate the most revenue; (4) Aging Report, who owes you money and for how long; (5) Tax Summary, full breakdown of taxes collected by rate. All reports export as PDF or CSV.
Can I add my company logo to invoices?
Yes. Your business profile supports a logo upload that appears on all generated PDFs. You can upload any image from your photo library and it will be included in the header of your invoice PDFs.
🔒 Data & Privacy
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored locally on your device using Apple's CoreData framework. Nothing is sent to our servers or any third-party servers. Your invoices, clients, and business info never leave your iPhone or iPad unless you explicitly export or email them yourself.
Do you collect any analytics or usage data?
No. Invoice Pilot contains zero analytics SDKs, no crash reporters, no ad networks, and no third-party tracking. We literally have no visibility into how you use the app. See our full Privacy Policy for details.
What happens to my data if I delete the app?
Deleting the app removes all locally stored data from your device. Since we hold no server-side data, there is nothing on our end to delete. We recommend exporting your invoices as PDFs or CSV before uninstalling if you want to keep records.
Is my data backed up?
iCloud comming soon
