📋 The short version
Invoice Pilot is a 100% offline iOS app. All data you enter, business info, clients, invoices is stored entirely on your device using Apple's CoreData. We do not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal data. There are no analytics SDKs, no crash reporters, no ad networks, and no third-party data services integrated into Invoice Pilot.

2. What data we collect
The answer is: none. Invoice Pilot does not collect any personal information from you. The app functions entirely offline and does not require an account, email address, or any identifying information to operate.
All data you enter into the app, including business names, client details, invoice line items, tax rates, and amounts, is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's CoreData framework and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.
3. Data stored on your device
The following information is stored locally on your iPhone/iPad and is never sent anywhere:
- Your business profile (name, logo, address, tax number)
- Client names, email addresses, and contact information
- Invoice details (line items, quantities, prices, tax rates)
- Invoice status (draft, sent, paid, overdue)
- Report schedules per client
- App preferences and settings
This data is protected by your device's standard security (Face ID, Touch ID, passcode). You can delete all app data by removing the app from your device.
4. Third-party services
Invoice Pilot integrates with no third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or data services. There are no SDKs for Firebase, Crashlytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar services embedded in the app.
The only external interaction is when you choose to send an invoice email, this uses your device's native Mail app (Apple Mail or your default mail client). Invoice Pilot does not have access to, store, or transmit the contents of your emails. The email is composed and sent entirely through your own mail account.
5. App Store & Apple
When you purchase Invoice Pilot through the Apple App Store, Apple processes the transaction. Apple's privacy policy governs that interaction. Apple may collect certain usage data as described in their App Store Privacy Information panel. We receive no personally identifiable information from Apple about individual users.

7. Children's Privacy
Invoice Pilot is a business productivity application intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the app, please contact us and we will address the situation promptly.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated via the App Store release notes. Continued use of Invoice Pilot after a policy update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
